eGames 2016 - Day 1
A not-for-profit independent group have been given approval to establish the British eGames Association and the International eGames Committee with support from UKTI, GREAT and DCMS, with the purpose to help positively shape the future of video game competitions by creating a medal competition – the eGames – where gamers will be invited to compete on behalf of their country.
The first eGames tournament will take place in the British House in Rio, where competitors from Brazil, the UK, Canada and the USA will compete in non-violent computer games.
